At Crystalora, we want you to love your energy-enhancing jewelry. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return any unworn, undamaged, and original-condition item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be in its original packaging, without signs of use or damage.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:

    • A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note:

    • Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable.
    • If required, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Gift cards or downloadable digital products
    • Items returned after the 14-day window

    1. Wait for our return authorization and instructions.
    1. Ship the item to the provided return address.
    1. Keep your tracking number — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
